Saturday Morning Online Meditation

Join us for IMMC's Saturday online meeting, every Saturday, 8:00 am - 9:00 am

This meeting includes a half-hour meditation that may be silent or guided, followed by an optional period of sharing, where people can offer something brief about the meditation or something happening in their lives.
