Join IMMC for our regular Wednesday online meditation meeting, every Wednesday, 9:30 am - 10:30 am. This meeting includes a half-hour meditation that may be silent or guided, followed by an optional period of sharing, where people can offer something brief about the meditation or something happening in their lives.

January 26, 2025(1 event) 1:30 pm: Beginning Meditation Class: Introduction to Minddfulness and Mindfulness of the Breath – Our Beginning Meditation classes are presented in a four-part series. The classes are intended to work together to provide an introduction to meditation or serve as a useful "touchstone" for more experienced practitioners. You are welcome to attend any or all of the classes. Each class can be a stand alone class, and will focus on a different topic. The classes will be conducted in person at All Saints Episcopal Church, 1322 Kimball Avenue, Richland, in the Parish Hall. All classes will be from 1:30 to 3:00PM. There is no charge for the classes; donations are accepted. The series will begin on Sunday, January 26, 2025 and continue for 4 Sunday afternoons. This first class will provide an introduction to mindfulness and mindfulness of the breath, and talk about some of the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
