    Beginning Meditation Class: Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions in Meditation


    November 3, 2024

    Our Beginning Meditation classes are presented in a five-part series. The classes are intended to work together to provide an introduction to meditation or serve as a useful "touchstone" for more experienced practitioners. You are welcome to attend any or all of the classes. Each class can be a stand alone class, and will focus on a different topic. The series will begin on Sunday, October 20, 2024 and continue for 5 Sunday afternoons. The classes will be conducted in person at All Saints Episcopal Church, 1322 Kimball Avenue, Richland, in the Parish Hall (except for 11/10 when we'll meet in the Multipurpose Room).

    All classes will be from 1:30-3:00pm. There is no charge for the classes; donations are accepted.

    This third class will provide ideas and meditation techniques for working with thoughts and emotions in meditation.  Including a mindfulness  meditation approach for difficult emotions and thoughts known as RAIN.
